From the time that you first contact Old Mill Iron you will be greeted by a warm greeting of someone who wants to help you bring your design and ideas to life. Our job is to help walk you through the process. There are many ways to connect with our Customer Care Specialist:
- You can e-mail pictures, measurements, and any ideas
- Set up an appointment to come to our shop and go over your design
- Set up an appointment to meet you at the job site
After you have had your initial meeting, we will take great care creating your project. Bringing it from your thoughts to paper. After the design has been finished it goes to our workshop where your product will be hand made by our workers in our workshop.
